Supply Chain Officer

Are you detail-oriented, strategic, and ready to be part of a growing and dynamic team? Subarashii Group Corporation is looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Officer to oversee and manage our procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.

Job Summary:

As a Supply Chain Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials from suppliers to our facilities. You will play a key role in maintaining cost-effective, efficient, and timely supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· ✅ Procurement & Supplier Coordination

· Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and lead times

· Process purchase orders and negotiate supplier contracts

· Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and supplies

· ✅ Inventory Management

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment

· Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent overstocking/stockouts

· ✅ Logistics & Distribution

· Organize shipping, delivery schedules, and transportation

· Work with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and arrival of goods

· ✅ Supply Chain Planning & Optimization

· Analyze data and develop strategies for supply chain improvement

· Implement best practices and ensure compliance with company standards

· ✅ Reporting & Documentation

· Prepare and maintain records of purchases, inventory, and deliveries

· Submit reports on supplier performance and cost savings

· ✅ Cross-functional Collaboration

· Work with finance, production, and warehouse teams to support overall operations

· Troubleshoot supply delays and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field

· At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role

· Strong negotiation and analytical skills

· Proficiency in MS Excel or supply chain software/ERP is a plus

· Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,000.00 per month
