What you'll be doing
- Manage the procurement, logistics, and inventory control processes to optimise supply chain efficiency
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favourable terms, monitor performance, and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess forecasts, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to improve supply chain resilience
- Develop and maintain reporting systems to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing procurement and logistics
- Provide training and guidance to support staff on supply chain best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance our supply chain operations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address supply chain challenges
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Proficient in inventory management and logistics planning
- With Valid Drivers License
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies
