T-Mate is looking for an experienced Support Analyst and Background Screener who will support company operations by executing background checks and ensuring that information provided to and from clients is complete and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries and requests originating from phone and email
- Conduct thorough background checks on individuals, candidates, and employees using a variety of tools and resources
- Be responsible for managing and executing customer orders, including:
- Reviewing incoming orders, identifying, performing, and assigning searches
- Performing detailed reviews of search results and determining if records are reportable to clients
- Communicating with clients and applicants to obtain information for order completion
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests originating from phone and email
- Be expected to execute responsibilities in accordance with laws and regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Driver Protection Privacy Act, and other privacy-related legislation
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to background screening
- Support additional company operations as needed
Absolute Must-Haves:
- Must have appropriate work set-up: quiet (preferably private) home office space.
- Must have a customer service oriented mindset.
- Must be a quick learner and ready to take initiative
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- With a Laptop/PC with at least an i5 Processor or similar specification
- DSL Internet connection at least 100mbps and backup internet and power supply.
- Headset with noise cancelling microphone
- Available to work in the Central US Timezone
Nice to Haves:
- Professional certification in background screening or related field
- Previous experience performing background checks or working for a Consumer Reporting Agency
- Experience using specialized background screening software or tools
- Familiarity with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or Driver Privacy Protection Act (DPPA)

- Knowledge of background checking processes and ability to answer questions as needs arise a bonus
- Flexibility in adapting to a growing business as needs change
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
