Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse and distribution activities
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
- Optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules
- Lead, train, and motivate supply chain staff
- Monitor KPI's and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain or warehouse supervision
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
