We’re looking for a System Enablement Specialist to help our sales team succeed by making sure they have the right tools, training, and support—especially when it comes to using our CRM and other key systems. In this role, you’ll work with different teams to create easy-to-follow training and resources. You’ll also support our Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales team by helping everyone understand how we’ll reach our goals through great enablement and support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design, build, and deliver training programs—covering everything from product knowledge to CRM use and company policies.
- Keep teams informed by sharing updates on process changes, new initiatives, and product or feature launches, and help make sure these changes are adopted smoothly.
- Work closely with operations and other stakeholders to understand team performance and identify training needs—both for individuals and groups.
- Tailor training content to suit different teams, roles, and learning styles.
- Lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to ensure effective learning.
- Make sure all training materials are current, relevant, and aligned with company goals and strategy.
- Collaborate with enablement leaders to find and implement tools that improve learning, performance, and efficiency.
- Be open to working flexible hours when needed to support global teams and project timelines.
What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Being a strong communicator who’s comfortable starting conversations and engaging with different teams
- Managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Taking initiative and working independently to drive tasks forward
- Adapting to flexible working hours when required by project timelines or team needs
- Creating and maintaining clear, well-organised documentation that others can easily follow
Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
