As an Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the following:
- Create strategies and innovative tools to leverage the channels for talent acquisition.
- Coordinate with hiring Managers to identify staffing needs.
- Innovate to design and execute market leading best practices.
- Continuously track and publish internal and external best practices.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Design job description and interview questions that reflect each position`s requirement.
- Source potential candidates through different job ad portals – (e.g., social platforms, print, and professional networks)
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in talent acquisition/ sourcing.
- Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional network.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various techniques and evaluation method.
