- Handles the end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process.
- Champions the organization’s vision and values through leading by example in operational excellence, professional behavior, and high standards of work.
- Ensures the experience delivered to our clients and candidates is underpinned by an excellence in customer service without compromise.
- Works cooperatively and collaboratively with leaders and other workforce to deliver high quality, consistent services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Monitors industry best practice and identify opportunities for the Company to ensure we can attract the best talent and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacancies.
- Improves current recruiting procedures and implement new sourcing methods.
- Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective platform for open positions.
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of assessments
- Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
- Recommends ways to improve our employer brand.
- Participates in job fairs and career events; runs company booth at job fairs.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
