As a Team Administrator, your duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage accurate client data in Fin365, ensuring all private wealth and insurance details are up to date and correcting any discrepancies.
- Facilitate client onboarding process by setting up new prospects in Fin365.
- Support client review meetings by preparing concise financial summaries and generating required documents.
- Generate and process forms for ongoing adviser fees, policy cancellations, and replacements.
- Analyze advice documents to produce the necessary forms for implementing recommended strategies.
- Assist with tax packs for Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs) and coordinate their delivery to the client’s accountant.
- Verify policy information by contacting insurance product providers and requesting policy rundowns for clients.
- Ensure the correct settlement of asset trades and draft confirmation emails for clients.
- Maintain and update Fin365 following client meetings and manage the admin team inbox, activating workflows as needed.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency and assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business, Banking and Finance, and Economics or any equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with the ability to learn new financial software quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage meet deadlines during busy season.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
- Prior knowledge of financial products, providers, or platforms is highly advantageous.
- Willing to be assigned to Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
