BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Will handle outbound sales team.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Oversee day to day operation.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related courses; commensurate work experience considered.
•At least 2 year related work experience in the call center industry preferred handling international outbound sales accounts.
•Should be self-driven and can work with minimal supervision.
•Intermediate computer skills are REQUIRED.
•Ability to multi- task is REQUIRED.
•Above average communication skills.
•Good PC skills specially excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
