Executive Summary:
Direct and mentor a high-performing international inside sales organization, executing across
the United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore time zones. Optimize sales outcomes, facilitate
professional development, and implement streamlined sales methodologies.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and professional mentorship to a geographically dispersed inside sales team operating within the UK, AU, and SG time zones.
- Conduct structured individual coaching sessions to elevate sales proficiency and optimize performance metrics.
- Monitor and disseminate comprehensive reports on team sales metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Implement and manage efficient sales protocols and operational workflows.
- Engage in collaboration to enhance the overall sales lifecycle.
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities and advanced training programs for team personnel.
- Cultivate robust professional relationships with team members, fostering a positive and highly motivating work environment.
- Promote and sustain a corporate culture characterized by a passion for sales and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Coach Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) in advanced sales techniques, comprehensive product knowledge, and sophisticated client relationship management, to drive optimal performance.
- Ensure team member accountability for achieving sales targets and adhering to established protocols, while providing constructive feedback and support to ensure success.
Required Qualifications:
- Substantial and demonstrable experience in sales and sales management.
- Exceptional leadership acumen and professional coaching capabilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal proficiencies.
- Proven experience in managing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (Salesforce) software and associated sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and formulate informed strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and resolution of intricate sales challenges.
- A pronounced commitment to sales excellence and the professional development of personnel.
- Exceptional ability to build professional relationships and motivate individuals.
