An Arcade Team Leader is responsible for supervising arcade staff, ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining game equipment. This role combines leadership, customer service, and technical know-how to keep the arcade running efficiently and enjoyably.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily arcade floor operations
- Support, train, and motivate arcade attendants and staff
- Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints, issues, and escalations professionally
- Manage staff schedules, breaks, and task assignments
- Monitor and maintain arcade machines (basic troubleshooting or reporting issues)
- Oversee prize inventory and ensure proper ticket/redemption processes
- Enforce safety, cleanliness, and company policies
- Coordinate with management for promotions, events, or technical support
- Maintain reports and assist in cash handling or sales tracking
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field (preferred)
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in an arcade, amusement, retail, or customer service role
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a strong advantage
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to motivate and direct staff
- Basic knowledge of arcade game operations and troubleshooting
- Comfortable handling cash registers, POS systems, or ticket redemption software
- Willingness to be assigned in SM Jmall
