1 year of team lead sme experience.

Can work with minimal supervision of the head operation.
Oversee the daily operations of the BPO team, ensuring that all processes are executed in accordance with company standards and targets.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
Train, and mentor BPO staff, providing them with the guidance and resources necessary to perform their duties effectively.
Preside over Weekly/Bi-Weekly Ops Management Meeting, HR and Employees.
Perform performance reviews of staff, agents, and supervisors.
