Retail Team Lead
Responsible for driving team performance, meeting KPIs, and ensuring alignment with client goals. Oversees daily operations, resolves issues, and maintains quality standards. Duties include monitoring metrics, conducting team meetings, providing floor support, facilitating training, and fostering continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience (preferably retail, but open to any LOBs)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze and act on performance data.
- Open to undergraduates with potential and willingness to learn.
Compensation Package:
- ₱32,000 base salary
- ₱2,000 monthly allowance
- Up to ₱9,000 quarterly incentives
- 20% night differential
- HMO day 1 plus 1 dependent
