Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a Team Manager/Supervisor in a call center or BPO environment
At least 1 year of experience handling a Financial Account as a Team Manager (Financial account should fall under BFSI – Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance – or FinTech)
Can work to Cubao
