Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate, Test Automation/QA!
In this role, you will be trained in the end-to-end testing lifecycle and automate manual test processes.
Responsibilities

Review and understand Business Requirements
-
Provide inputs from testing perspective during discussions.

Create and review test cases/test scenarios based on requirements.

Document test results and test evidence.

Maintain and develop test automation scripts or should have the willingness / desire to learn test automation using Playwright, Selenium, JMeter, etc.

Execute test cases during the sprint cycle, regression testing and business checkouts.

Execute automated test scripts for RFB (Ready-For-Business) or regression.

Detect, log, and re-test defects found during test execution.

Learn new testing techniques such as PE & API testing, and new testing tools that can help in the testing process.

Collaborate with partners (such as Developers, Business Analysts and Clients)

Analyze current testing process and suggest points for improvement

Minimum Qualifications

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

We expect the applicant to have good understanding of testing life cycle and defect life cycle.

Knowledge / Experience in Agile Scrum Methodology.

Flexibility to switch between working independently and collaborating with a team.

We are looking for candidates with accountability to carry out to strict levels of confidentiality and handle critical data with discretion and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Graduate of any Computer Science, Information Technology or related courses

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Has programming background or basic understanding of logic and coding
