Do you have a passion for hair and a desire to educate and inspire others? We're looking for a Technical Educator to join our team and share their skills and knowledge with aspiring and professional stylists alike.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations
- Share your knowledge on hair color, treatments, cutting, styling, and hair rebonding
- Support salon partners and team members with product education and technique guidance
- Help drive excellence in service and technique through education
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year hands-on salon experience (must-have)
- Strong understanding of hair color, hair treatments, cutting, styling, and hair rebonding
- Previous experience as an educator, trainer, mentor, or salon team leader is a plus, but not required
- Confident communicator with a passion for sharing knowledge
- Professional, approachable, and eager to grow in an educational role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
