DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support claims department on vehicle damage analysis and negotiation.
- Handle technical evaluation / damage analysis on Motor Car Claims.
- Provide assistance to claims committee on the review and assessment of motor car claims to control and minimize the parts and labor cost.
- Conduct inspection and validation of submitted Motor Claim Computation Sheet of the repairer.
- Provide comprehensive inspection report.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Preferably graduate of automotive, mechanical technology or any four year course.
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in an automotive servicing or in a non-life insurance company.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the application of claims guidelines and policies.
- Proficient in interviewing, problem-solving, communication, time management and conflict resolution.
