What we are looking for?
A skilled technical and onboarding specialist that will help customers get started with complex software systems that the customer will be using. This position will have a one-on-one session with customers to review their setup, make sure it follows best practices, and answer any questions they have. The goal is to ensure that customers know everything they’ll be needing and their workaround on the software. This role requires English skills, strong technical knowledge, a good understanding of IT tools, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Onboarding software systems to customers and share best practices to use and maximize features.
- Lead one-on-one virtual meetings with customers to review their self-serve onboarding progress.
- Check their settings, workflows, and setup to make sure everything is correctly configured.
- Suggest improvements to help them get the best performance and user experience from the software.
- Explain how to get help, including where to find support resources and how to report issues.
- Documenting each onboarding session, including customer feedback, setup details, and any changes recommended and done.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to manage 1:1 interactions, and handle questions with patience and professionalism.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as customer success, technical support, or onboarding for complex software systems.
- Familiarity with best practices for software configuration, workflows, and user adoption.
- Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and documenting sessions and providing clear, professional correspondence.
- Strong technical aptitude, with hands-on experience configuring or troubleshooting enterprise software systems.
- Amenable to work in Tayabas, Quezon Province for onsite reporting.
Preferred Skills: Experience with SaaS platforms or complex software systems in IT security, compliance and BCDR sectors.
- Knowledge of onboarding methodologies or customer success frameworks.
- Comfort with virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and documentation platforms.
