We are looking for a Technology Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of internal software initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes, timely delivery, and seamless collaboration across engineering, product, and design teams.
In this role, you’ll drive the successful execution of key internal delivery projects—particularly those supporting our omnichannel fulfillment solutions for 3PL clients. You’ll be responsible for identifying risks, managing timelines, and optimizing delivery workflows across teams.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and in a WFH setup.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of internal technology projects, from planning through deployment.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders to define scope, align priorities, and track progress.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies—and resolve them with urgency.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and team velocity through data and feedback.
- Track project milestones and deliverables using tools such as Jira, Pendo, or equivalent.
- Support integration, testing, and release planning to ensure successful internal launches.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management, ideally within a SaaS or software product environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with delivery tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Pendo, Confluence).
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
