I. Job Summary
The Telemarketer provides telemarketing activities, sales support, and customer service to all Dyna Drug Corporation customers.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Support
a. Regularly checks the fax machine for customers’ orders;
b. Call back customers if there are corrections and additions from their orders;
c. Encodes orders (from fax) to the Dyna Drug System;
d. Ensures to write the Sales Number to the copy of customers’ order from fax for identification;
e. Checks Dyna Link if there are orders;
f. Takes orders thru inbound and outbound calls and will process other forms of ordering such as Info-text, Run Log, Dynalink Fax, E-mail, Text, and order booked thru the Salesman;
g. Verifies the approval of Credit and Collection Department before processing the accounts on hold;
h. Encodes orders and double check the purchase order against the actual encoded items in the system;
Telemarketing (Inbound);
a. Responds to calls politely and courteously;
b. Ensures that company name and name of personnel were address during opening spiel;
c. Ensures that all orders of customers are encoded in the Dyna Drug System;
d. Knows the location of products per location code;
e. Ensures to use courteous words like “po” and “opo” while conversing to the customers;
f. Ensures the correct quantity of product are encoded based on the customers’ order;
g. Summarizes customers’ orders including prices and total quantity;
h. Suggests slow moving items to the customers;
i. Ensures to ask what is the mode of payment e.g., card, cash, check etc.;
j. Ensures to have closing spiel to the customers and invite them to call again;
Telemarketing (Outbound);
a. Calls customers politely and courteously;
b. Addresses their name and position if applicable (e.g., Doctor, Atty., etc.)
c. Ensures that company name and name of personnel were address during opening spiel;
d. Ensures that all orders of customers are encoded in the Dyna Drug System;
e. Knows the location of products per location code;
f. Ensures to use courteous words like “po” and “opo” while conversing to the customers;
g. Ensures the correct quantity of product are encoded based on the customers’ order;
h. Summarizes customers’ orders including prices and total quantity;
i. Suggests slow moving items to the customers;
j. Ensures to ask what is the mode of payment e.g., card, cash, check etc.;
k. Ensures to have closing spiel to the customers;
Others
a. Supports the Sales Director, National Sales Manager and Telemarketing Supervisor in developing programs, policies and procedures relative to the improvement of the Department and its services;
b. Abides by the company rules and regulations implemented with regards to policies and procedures, quality management, and in the Employee’s Handbook; and
c. Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Director, National Sales Manager and Telemarketing Supervisor

Educational Requirements
1. At least high school graduate or equivalent
