- JOB MISSION/SUMMARY
To regularly update and safekeeps files, process necessary documents in relation to sales orders from stocks reservations to delivery. To inform superiors of matters concerning inventory movement and status.
- DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing Sales Order
- Prepares sales order to reserve stocks and orders from the warehouse for distribution to outlets.
- Prepares documents of deliveries and coordinates with drivers and supervisors.
- Processes outlet sales for invoicing and collection.
- Receives, distributes copies, and records Offsite Relocation Receipt (ORR) received from various outlets.
- Prepares pull-out slips for various outlets.
- Coordinates with service center staff and promoters in processing orders with services.
- Assists in the handling of customer queries and complaints.
Stocks Inventory
- Facilitates the distribution of products/items to various outlets as allocated by the Mktg Manager.
- Assists auditors during physical inventories of the special warehouse.
- Generates inventory and sales by SKU as needed.
Update Records / Files
- Maintains and provides folders of outlets for stock replenishment and allocation
- Updates accounts receivable.
- Updates and monitors outlet late reports.
- Updates outlet profitability report.
- Updates product forecasting report.
- Updates lost hang sell report.
- Maintains systematic files of documents
Reports
- Provides reports to the Mktg Manager in relation to inventory movement and status.
- Prepares relocation receipt summary report.
- Transmits sales reports to concession group.
- Updates the weekly concession sales report.
- Generates sales report per range and brand and submits the same to the Mktg Manager.
- Generates weekly sales in-trust and invoiced reports and forwards the same to the Treasury Manager.
- Prepares pull-out summary reports.
Others
- Coordinates outlet sales with concession group.
- Forwards proposals of initial allocation of new items to respective outlets.
III. Qualification / Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Degree in Business course or any related on the same field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office specifically in Word and Excel.
- At lease with background in Sales Admin / Selling process.
- Knowledge in Sales Report
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Knowledge in handling Retail or FMCG industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
