Job Description
The DDT Data Analyst will be responsible for handling budget-related activities to support CRM campaigns. This role includes preparing performance reports, data analysis, incentive summaries, and coordination with key stakeholders for campaign planning and execution. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in data management.
Key Responsibilities
Specific to Channels:
- Manage all budget-related activities to run CRM campaigns.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for GT LT.
- Develop daily/weekly performance trackers for CD.
- Conduct data analysis for the global scorecard.
- Monitor and control budgets for activation schemes.
- Prepare and send monthly DTT incentive summaries.
- Coordinate with CSP to finalize schemes for monthly sales briefs.
- Allocate and manage Capquota by promo and outlet; send to planners.
- Prepare monthly promo evaluations by mechanic and schemes.
- Support ad-hoc data requests from cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, stakeholder management & Communication skills in Thai Language
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Thai.
Language Requirements:
- Interaction in Thai: Required for communication.
- Documents in Thai: Required for reviewing data sources, contracts, and trade terms.
