THAI CSR
Job Overview: We seek a fluent Thai-speaking Customer Service Representative to support our Thai-speaking customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through ticket and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in Thai and English via ticket and live chat.
- Assist with product/service information, voucher order tracking, voucher redemption issues, etc.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high service standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes. Requirements:
- Fluent in Thai (spoken & written) and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, ticket, chat platforms).
- Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts including weekends/holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
