Job Summary:
· Issue passenger’s ticket based on the passenger’s details given/written.
· Granting of discount to qualified passenger(s) [Senior Citizen, PWD, Student and minor].
· Received cash payments from passenger.
· Responds to passenger’s inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner (e.g. route, vessel trips, schedules, promotions, etc.,)
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a college level or college graduate of any Business related course
- Tech savvy
- Can work under pressure and has a high degree of integrity.
- Must be keen to details and has a very good customer service orientation.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- No experience needed.
- Can start immediately.
