Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned livestream hosts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coach and support talents to improve their livestream performance, audience engagement, and content strategy.
- Resolve conflicts, provide feedback, and foster a motivating environment to maintain host satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor talent schedules, performance metrics, and deliverables in alignment with brand expectations and company goals.
- Manage relationships with existing brand partners, understanding their goals and aligning them with talent and platform capabilities.
- Lead onboarding and campaign kick-off meetings with clients, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creatives, operations) to execute brand campaigns and livestream initiatives.
- Provide detailed post-campaign reports and analytics, including insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or talent management—preferably in a digital, e-commerce, or livestreaming environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse personalities and build meaningful relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with livestreaming.

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
