- Graduate of any technical related course. Engineering graduate is an advantage.
- With experience as Tooling/Production Supervisor, machine shop head, team leader or any other equivalent position.
- With at least five (5) years of equivalent experience in precision tooling's and metal fabrication.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledgeable in machine such as: Lathe, milling, grinding, CNC, EDM, wirecut and other machines and measuring tools and equipment.
- Possess skills in coaching and mentoring.
- with strong leadership in handling production and people, organizing and scheduling of production line-up.
- Manage ongoing cost reduction and continuous improvement programs to reduce manufacturing expenses and labor costs.
- Excellent decision-making skills and communication proficiency.
- Can work under pressure.
