Job Title: Trade Marketing Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in developing and executing trade marketing programs that drive sales growth and brand awareness.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage the trade marketing support effectively and efficiently.(radio ads support)
- Promo staff alignment with in the area
- Oversee roving promodiser hybrid , roving promodiser ,and brand specialist with in the area
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage relationships with key trade partners (e.g., distributors, retailers, wholesalers).
- Negotiate trade promotions and incentives with key accounts.
- Create and manage point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional displays.
- Monitor and track the performance of trade marketing programs and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives.
- Identify and develop new trade marketing opportunities.
