QUALIFICATIONS:
- Open to male or female applicants
- Must own and be able to drive a motorcycle
- A graduate of any four-year course
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in the trucking, warehousing, or forwarding industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate daily trucking operations, including dispatch, routing, and scheduling of trucks
- Monitor real-time fleet movement and proactively resolve delivery delays, traffic issues, or breakdowns
- Communicate with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support
- Ensure all trucking activities comply with safety standards, company policies, and relevant transport regulations
- Address driver concerns, provide guidance, and report any incidents or disciplinary matters to the supervisor
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports related to trucking operations
