Job description
Training Program Development & Facilitation
- Design, develop, and implement effective training programs based on business and employee needs.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules for employees at various levels.
- Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) to create structured learning experiences.
Training Needs Analysis & Assessment
- Conduct skills gap analysis through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
- Work with managers and HR to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Learning Technology & Digital Training
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital training platforms.
- Develop interactive e-learning modules and leverage modern tools to enhance learning.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in corporate training and development.
Employee Development & Talent Growth
- Support leadership development initiatives and career progression programs.
- Guide employees through mentorship, coaching, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Drive a culture of learning within the organization.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain training records, performance reports, and attendance tracking.
- Analyze training feedback and success metrics to improve future programs.
- Provide regular updates to HR and management on L&D initiatives.
