Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting. MUST BE A CPA
- Willing to work onsite in Bataan
- High proficiency in English (read, write, speak w/ ease)
- With more than 5 years experience in managing a finance team of a medium-sized or big company
- Background in an external auditing firms
- Experience in a multi-national manufacturing company
- Solid knowledge on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP
- Good working knowledge on IAS and IFRS standards
- Local tax laws and other Freeport zone financial reporting requirements;
- Costing system in a manufacturing set-up;
- Financial Planning (budgeting and forecasting);
- Good analytical skills (e.g. variance analysis);
- Knowledge on business or costing simulations
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge in Oracle or SA
Main Responsibilities:
Group Management Reporting and Analysis
- Prepares and reports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance with complete schedules, reconciliations, and analysis.
- Ensures compliance with accounting rules and GAAP.
Statutory Reporting and Regulatory Compliance
- Ensures timely compliance with external reporting deadlines.
- Reviews tax submissions and payments for alignment with books and deadlines.
- Oversees external audits and ensures compliance with regulatory bodies.
Treasury and Working Capital Management
- Prepares and submits cash position reports and forecasts to support operations and capital expenditures.
- Conducts balance sheet analysis for key financial metrics (DSO, DPO, DIO).
Risk Management and Internal Control Compliance
- Evaluates internal controls, updates policies, and conducts audits.
- Strengthens P2P processes to prevent unauthorized disbursements.
- Manages tax risks and ensures timely resolution of tax cases.
- Oversees risk assessment and ensures qualified personnel handle risk management.
People Management
- Sets performance objectives, appraises staff, and initiates training plans.
- Provides coaching, mentoring, and performance recognition.
Communications
- Cascades policies and procedures, ensuring understanding and adherence.
Continuous Process Improvements
- Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and work-life balance.
- Applies lean principles to optimize workflows and generate cost savings.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
