- Oversee the monitoring of all trucks scheduled for delivery to your site.
- Ensure that all trucks from MFM or RC are assigned a trip.
- Coordinate with SPX personnel regarding trip assignments for GME trucks at your site.
- Collaborate with the garage dispatcher/maintenance team to address any truck breakdowns at your site.
- Assist drivers and helpers with any concerns or issues they may have.
- Collect completed trip documents from drivers and submit them to the garage for payroll processing.
- Maintain close communication with SPX personnel to track the whereabouts of the trucks.
Qualification
- Atlest college Level (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Computer Literate
- Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or logistics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, field works, including nights, weekends, or holidays if required.
- With Personal Service (Motorcycle is a plus)
- Willing to be assigned at Calamba Laguna.
