Treasury Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure accuracy of IDGC financial transactions with banks and other financial services agencies/gateway.
• Ensure completeness of required supporting documents, proper review and approval of all bank and financial services gateways financial transactions.
• Perform timely and accurate analysis and reconciliation of bank and financial gateways financial transactions.
• Coordinate with other accounting and treasury personnel for the reconciliation of various bank and financial gateways accounts.
• Perform daily and monthly cash flow forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure that all disbursements are adequately covered with immediately available funds.
• Ensure that all collections are actually collected and deposited on time.
• Coordinates with banks and other financial services gateways regarding financial reports and or financial transactions clarifications and resolutions.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual treasury reports required by management.
• Maintain accurate, detailed and timely records of The Treasury financial transactions files.
• Perform other Treasury related works which are assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Business Administration in Accounting or Management or Finance
• CPA or Non CPA
• At least 5 years experience in treasury collection, disbursement and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Functional knowledge of Excel, Word,
• Strong oral and written communication
• Strong analytical and computation skills
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Detailed oriented
• Understanding of treasury processes and internal controls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• handling treasury related job: 1 year (Preferred)
