QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male or Female;
- Must have his/her own motorcycle
- Graduate of any four year course preferably in Business Management or equivalent;
- With 1–2 years of experience in the trucking or logistics industry (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Cebuano and English
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve or exceed the trucking revenue targets set by the company
- Ensure truck availability and readiness at all times to support operational demands
- Prepare and submit accurate daily truck performance and utilization reports
- Plan and coordinate daily trucking schedules to optimize routes and resources
- Monitor real-time fleet movements and proactively resolve routing or delivery issues
- Ensure all trucking operations comply with company standards and safety protocols
