JOB SUMMARY
The Trucking Coordinator primary purpose is to ensure that all Waybills and trucking dispatch documents are secured and turned over to the office. The Trucking Coordinator also assist the Delivery Crew (Subcon/Company-owned) during loading of stocks and receiving of materials. He or she must ensure trucks have generated trips daily.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Male/Female
- At least college level
- Drives his own motorcycle with professional drivers license
- At least with 1 year experience either in Trucking, Shipping or Warehouse Operations
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure all waybills are accounted for and returned to the office for encoding.
1.1 Coordinate with Client Team Leads and our Subcon on truck loading, receiving and dispatching
1.2 Ensures Delivery Crew complies to the Client’s and Inland’s safety policy and procedures
1.3 Ensures Waybills are all accounted for and ensure this is returned to the Office within the next working day upon completion of the delivery
1.4 Assist the branch in the subcon recruitment
1.5 Report trucking incidents (i.e. accidents, damages and loses) to the office within 24 hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,800.00 - Php13,900.00 per month
