FULLY REMOTE POSITION
The Sales assistant will be responsible for supporting a sales team by assisting them with daily account and project management related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in written English, attention to detail, ability to work in teams, and a great sense of customer service.
Day-to-Day:
Daily work will be mainly composed of 2 parts; Bid Writing and Project Management.
Clients send between 10-15 requests daily, asking for us to provide a quotation on their work via email. The Sales assistant will be in charge of responding to these requests. Most requests can be completed within 15min, with some taking up to 30min.
Some requests will require desk research to be completed.
Downtime between requests will be dedicated to tracking current projects progress, and assisting a team of project managers with keeping track of their projects completion.

Responsibilities:
- Writing and editing high-quality email proposals based on client requirements and project needs.
- Ability to research and understand a topic quickly using desk research
- Provide great customer service, including handling and/or acknowledging all requests.
- Creating a personal bid template library to streamline the process.
- Providing support to other business development and project management activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Great customer service; keeping clients satisfied by quickly addressing their needs, and communicating effectively in a US business setting.
Skills: DocDelta operates in the healthcare industry. Previous knowledge in the space is preferred, but not mandatory. Position requires a strong desire to learn and adapt to clients' requests.
