Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar legal support role, in a US-based law firm, corporate legal department, or multinational company primarily dealing with US law.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft well-structured summaries, legal memoranda, case reports, and documentation aligned with US legal standards and practices.
- Proficient in utilizing US-based legal research platforms, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, Bloomberg Law, or similar databases for case law research, statutes, and regulatory materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word, for drafting, formatting, and finalizing legal documents, and correspondence.

Pay: Php90,000.00 per month
