The Opportunity
We’re currently managing 30–50 active real estate transactions at any given time. These deals are fast-moving and often complex. We’re looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator who can take charge of each file from signed contract to successful closing—proactively managing all stakeholders, timelines, and unexpected hurdles.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in driving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all transaction details from contract execution to closing
- Maintain accurate timelines, track key milestones, and follow up on required documentation
- Coordinate closely with title companies, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers
- Negotiate amendments, payoffs, and extensions when necessary
- Maintain clear records across tools including InvestorFuse, Google Workspace, Slack, and e-signature platforms
- Provide consistent, proactive updates to all parties involved
- Deliver daily reporting on file status, close rate, and timeline performance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Professional experience in U.S. real estate transactions, title, or escrow coordination
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of active files (30+ simultaneously)
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Resourceful and tech-savvy—you know how to use tools to stay efficient and solve problems fast
- A reliable home office setup (high-speed internet, headset, dual monitors)
- Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours (9 a.m.–6 p.m. preferred)
Performance Metrics
- Close Rate: Maximizing the number of contracts that successfully fund
- Time to Close: Driving efficient transaction timelines
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensuring all parties are consistently informed and aligned
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $7–$9 USD/hour, based on experience
- $50 bonus per successfully funded transaction
- Quarterly performance bonuses based on efficiency and close rate
- Immediate start with six weeks of hands-on training and full onboarding support
