Work Schedule:
- Time Range: Between 7 AM – 7 PM CST (Graveyard shift)
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
- Days Off: TBD (2 days per week)

We are looking for a skilled Vectorworks Specialist with proven experience working with point clouds in Vectorworks for architectural applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing residential, commercial, and institutional architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and models using Vectorworks.
- Integrate and work efficiently with point cloud data in Vectorworks.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality project documentation.
- Contribute to projects in residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all architectural deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Specialist in Vectorworks for architecture.
- Proven experience working with point cloud data in Vectorworks.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural project development.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Requirements
- Laptop or desktop with Intel i5 (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM minimum
- Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with backup
- Noise-canceling headset
- Backup power source (UPS preferred)
