We are looking for an Architectural Manager to be a key organizer and support various initiatives within our company. This vital role will involve contributing significantly to our continued growth and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing corporate expansion projects, overseeing new client onboarding, and navigating multiple priorities to ensure that all architectural aspects of these initiatives are handled with precision and care. The ideal candidate will possess a multitasking mindset and a strong dedication to meeting our clients' needs, ensuring that every project aligns with our high standards and client expectations.
As Architectural Manager, You Will…
- Work with clients to develop floor plans with color palettes, furniture, and decor.
- Present client-specific concept drawings and design ideas, defining clear project scopes and objectives.
- Design new campus layouts.
- Manage feasibility, cost-benefit analysis, and quality assurance.
- Project Manager for buildouts and branding projects.
- Prepare and manage status reporting.
- Communicate with both internal and external team members in person, on the phone, and via email.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Architecture in commercial building design and construction.
- 5 years of managerial experience.
- Experience in vendor selection (BONUS if you have 5+ years of experience in the BPO industry).
- Strong design and graphic communication skills with working knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCad, and other CAD software.
- Senior-level design experience in commercial buildings and offices.
- Strong skills in reviewing Building Codes.
- CAD proficiency to create drawings.
- Proficiency in Spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent project management skills, handling multiple concurrent projects.
- The ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
