As a key member of the team, you'll lead the video content strategy, oversee end-to-end production workflows, and partner with internal teams to bring compelling stories to life — from concept to final delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Video Strategy & Development
- Drive the company's video strategy to support global marketing and sales goals.

- Own the end-to-end video production process, from ideation and scripting to post-production and delivery.
- Build and maintain branded video templates, toolkits and guidelines for designers and non-designers, empowering teams to create their own content where appropriate.
- Develop scalable production systems that support both rapid content delivery and high-quality campaign assets.
Creative Collaboration
- Provide storyboarding and creative direction support, ensuring stakeholders are guided effectively without needing to build concepts themselves.
- Collaborate closely with the Content & Comms team to develop engaging, share-worthy video content tailored for various platforms and audiences
- Partners with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop strategic video content, providing expert consultation on creative direction while managing expectations and deliverables throughout the production lifecycle.
Production
- Leading onsite film production and photography shoots in-person or virtually.
- Manage production schedules, filming logistics and on-screen talent.
- Edit, animate, and finalize videos for both internal and external audiences.
- Operate and direct camera, lighting, and audio equipment as needed for interviews, b-roll, and promotional content.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, freelancers and industry partners to ensure access to specialized equipment and expertise when needed.
Asset Management
- Maintain and organize a centralized video asset library to ensure accessibility and brand consistency.
- Own and manage company video platforms including YouTube, ensuring proper tagging, SEO optimization, and audience engagement strategy.
- Maintain publishing standards across platforms and ensure evergreen content is updated and repurposed effectively.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage efficient workflows for video requests, prioritization, feedback, and revisions.
- Clearly communicate timelines and capacity to stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Collect feedback from key stakeholders, including ELT, and refine content to meet marketing and business goals.
