Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our real estate project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Transaction Coordination Support (TC): Assist with transaction coordination tasks.
- Paperwork Documentation Organization: Manage and organize essential documents.
- Cold Call Preparation and Support: Prepare for and support cold calling activities.
- Team Collaboration and Task Completion: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
- No gender limit.
- College degree or above.
- Good English proficiency.
- Priority given to candidates with real estate TC experience.
- Strong stability and reliability.
- Careful, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Strong professional ethics and dependability.
