BuzzTechs CEO is looking for a Virtual Assistant!
BuzzTech is a retail chain based in Australia going on a massive growth journey and we need your help! Are you creative, organised and tech-savvy? We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to work closely with our CEO, Rhett McGuinness, to help drive the expansion of our growing company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves a mix of Excel data work, research, design and communication tasks.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Use Microsoft Excel to manipulate sales data
- Create/edit eye-catching designs on Canva to support marketing efforts.
- Conduct in-depth research and document findings in Google Sheets/Docs.
- HR tasks for the business such as staff onboarding & contracts with our employee system
- Help book in and conduct interviews for retail staff.
- Book Accommodation for CEO
- Organise Calendar and maintain emails for CEO
- Answer/respond to emails, SMS and phone calls
- Support the CEO with other tasks as and when needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to work from home and have your own laptop and reliable internet connection
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
- Computer literacy, especially with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel and Canva.
- Say Yellow balloons somewhere in your application
- Great time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
- A proactive, fun, and approachable attitude.
We are looking at opening 30 stores across Australia, this job could lead to you being invited to Australia for a tour of our locations!
