Virtual Assistant – Social Media, Admin & Client Support
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PH Time)
Main Goal:
Support our air conditioning installation and repair company with day-to-day administrative operations, job scheduling, social media content, and client communication. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and confident in both communication and content creation.
You'll be handling customer coordination, quote preparation, job scheduling, and social media tasks, helping the business run smoothly and professionally from behind the scenes.
Key ResponsibilitiesJob Scheduling & Client Coordination
- Schedule jobs and manage workflows using ServiceM8
- Liaise with clients via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
- Prepare and send quotes based on our internal process
- Follow up on pending jobs or quotes as needed
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Create and schedule engaging posts for social media channels
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
- Design and organize email campaigns using Mailchimp
General Administrative Tasks
- Format documents, organize digital files, and maintain records
- Use Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) for daily coordination
- Help ensure internal systems and workflows are up to date and organized
What We’re Looking ForExperience & Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and via email
- Experience using ServiceM8 or similar job management systems (preferred but not required – training can be provided)
- Skilled in content writing for social media
- Familiar with Mailchimp or other email marketing tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to learn quickly and follow structured processes

- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working full-time in a remote setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
