Virtual Assistant – Social Media
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11AM - 8PM (PH Time)
Main Goal:
Support our team by managing day-to-day social media activities, assisting with lead generation efforts, and handling general administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and confident in content writing. You’ll play a key role in keeping workflows efficient while helping drive engagement and outreach through social media and online tools.
We’re currently hiring a Virtual Assistant to help with social media management, lead generation, and admin coordination.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong writing skills and a proactive approach to supporting a remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Support
- Assist in managing and scheduling social media content across platforms
- Collaborate with the team on content ideas and draft engaging posts
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages as needed
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Use tools like Apollo.io and Expandi to support lead generation efforts (training provided)
- Research and identify potential prospects based on set criteria
- Assist with outbound campaigns and follow-up tracking
General Administrative Tasks
- Support day-to-day admin tasks such as formatting documents and organizing files
- Use Microsoft 365 tools for communication, documentation, and reporting
- Help maintain organized systems and workflows
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Strong writing skills – able to craft clear and engaging content
- Social media experience (not as a specialist, but comfortable navigating platforms)
- Preferred: Experience with lead generation tools such as Apollo.io and Expandi
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn new tools
- Familiarity with CRMs or outreach platforms is a plus
Communication & Reliability
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Reliable, responsive, and proactive
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php32,000.00 per month
