Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Virtual Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our growing recruiting team with administrative, sourcing, and communication tasks. In this role, you will provide remote support to enhance candidate experience, streamline hiring operations, and facilitate efficient communication between candidates and recruiters. This is a remote position with a strong emphasis on organization, attention to detail, and people skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist with posting job openings on various platforms.
- Screen candidate resumes and conducts initial outreach in Spanish and English.
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage the recruitment calendar.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure records are updated.
- Follow up with candidates and recruiters regarding interview feedback or next steps.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation.
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) to manage schedules, track progress, and create reports.
- Prepare interview summaries, status updates, and recruitment-related documents.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Help document and create clear, repeatable SOPs for recruiting and administrative processes.
- Keep SOPs updated as workflows evolve.
Communication Management
- Act as a liaison between candidates and recruiters, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Respond to emails, messages, and inquiries promptly in both English and Spanish.
- Draft and translate documents or messages as needed.
Project Coordination
- Track hiring timelines and deadlines.
- Support onboarding preparation for new hires.
- Research talent pools or recruiting platforms as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Talent Acquisition Assistant, or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, job boards etc.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication and follow-through skills.

Pay: Php334.43 - Php390.16 per hour
