Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all warehouse staff and daily operations.
- Monitor and ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Implement and maintain warehouse layout to optimize space and efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse at all times.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
- Handle damage reports, stock discrepancies, and other inventory issues.
- Monitor usage of supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Train and guide warehouse staff for performance improvement and adherence to standards.
- Generate warehouse activity reports as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and logistics software.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks if necessary.
