We're on the lookout for a Warranty Officer who is experienced, detail-oriented, and ready to make a real impact in our After Sales and Service Operations.
What You’ll Bring:
✅ 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in service and after-sales
✅ Strong, hands-on knowledge in warranty claims, car insurance processes, and negotiations with providers
✅ Experience with body repair and paint service processes
✅ Proven ability to lead or coordinate a team in a fast-paced environment
✅ Excellent communication and documentation skills
✅ A mindset focused on profitability, accuracy, and productivity
✅ Willing to work on-site in Davao City
✅ Ready to start immediately
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle, process, and validate warranty claims in coordination with dealerships, suppliers, and insurance companies
Manage insurance claims and ensure proper documentation and timely follow-ups
Monitor and control warranty expenses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company and manufacturer guidelines
Collaborate with the Body Repair & Paint team to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Provide regular reporting and analysis to improve claim efficiency and reduce costs
Help implement best practices in after-sales service processes
Coordinate with internal teams to drive service excellence and resolve issues proactively
