Job Summary:
We are looking for a Warranty Staff with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the automotive or aftersales industry. The role involves processing, validating, and monitoring warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and suppliers.
Review repair orders and ensure compliance with warranty terms and documentation requirements.
Communicate with service advisors and technicians to clarify warranty details.
Monitor the status of claims and follow up on pending or rejected claims.
Maintain updated records of warranty transactions and claim approvals.
Ensure all claims are submitted within the allowable timeframes.
Coordinate with the parts and service departments for accurate parts and labor information.
Prepare warranty reports and assist in warranty audits as needed.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in warranty processing, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, service procedures, and manufacturer warranty guidelines.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using service management or warranty claim software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Must be willing to work in General Santos City.
Can start immediately.
