DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports directly to the Technical Service Officer.
- Properly evaluates all warranty claims before invoicing.
- Ensures to meet all the standards and requirements of the manufacturer or principal dealer.
- Processes and coordinates with the principal dealer regarding the warranty claims of customers.
- Coordinates problems and concerns raised by customers/dealership regarding new vehicles with the principal.
- Initiates processing of warranty claims. Prepares and submits all required documentation for warranty claims and collection of warranty claims receivables.
- Ensures completeness, accuracy, timely monitoring and reporting of warranty claims receivables.
- Promptly addresses and resolves customer viewpoint and service follow-up issues in coordination with Customer Relations Management department and other concerned officer.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related courses
- With at least two years of solid experience in the same industry is an advantage
- Knowledgeable with office and administrative procedures
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Must be customer-oriented
- Possesses a valid driver’s license
