WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (required).
Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience in the real estate industry or a related field.
Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including direct mail, cold calling, SMS marketing, social media advertising, PPC advertising, and SEO strategies.
Experience in building partnerships and leveraging networking events and referral programs for lead generation.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms:

CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Email and SMS marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Twilio).
SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
Knowledge of direct mail campaign management tools and strategies.
Expertise in social media platforms and advertising strategies (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Analytical skills for tracking and measuring campaign performance using metrics like CTR, ROI, lead conversion rates, and overall campaign success.
